EWA member, Robert Keadle was contacted by Mountain View Equine Hospital regarding the 30 horses seized from Terri Sullivan, a repeat offender who is currently appealing charges from a fall conviction of animal cruelty. Bob jumped into action and notified EWA to alert our members.
